Kaleb and Katie’s Louisville bridals were so fun to shoot. Capturing how fiercely they love each other was a dream. Katie filled me in on some of their favorite things to do, and they love exploring and adventuring. So, we went to Platte River State Park and explored around the lake and found some incredible locations for some fun adventure bridals.

The way Kaleb looked at Katie, you could feel the love he felt for her seeing her in that white dress. We had such a blast hanging out and capturing their epic love. Katie was an absolutely stunning bride and it was so fun getting to know them and explore around for their Louisville bridals.

One thing that really stood out about these two was their love for the outdoors, at one point Katie said, “We love the outdoors, love exploring, and love being together.” A Louisville bridals adventure session was the perfect fit for these outdoor, adventure lovers.

I love to hear how my couples met, and Katie and Kaleb’s story was too cute not to share. Katie wrote their story and was so kind to share with me.

“I am a California girl who came out to the midwest for an internship during my junior year of college. My first week here I met this boy from Nebraska who asked me to go boating with him and his friends. Right then, he became my best friend and my go-to.” MY HEART.

“We hung out the rest of the summer. But when my internship was up, neither of us wanted the whole long distance thing so we just left it at that… for about a week.”

“We talked on the phone for a couple of hours every day so we decided to give long distance a try. We spent the next 9 months making trips around the United States to be with each other and explore. The whole being apart thing kind of sucked. But getting to see each other and adventure together made everything worth it.”

“When we were apart, we talked on facetime for hours every night and came up with quite the list of fun things to do. Our last trip during long distance was to Israel and it was amazing. After I graduated from college, I finally moved back out to Minnesota to be with this boy. We dated some more and fell in love some more. We are excited to finally be getting married. We love the outdoors, love exploring, and love being together.”
